Uncle's Shawarma & Kabab

I have ordered a chiken shawarma here. The chicken meat was hard and rubbery. Most likely they have used last night's meat or sliced meat on oven for a long time. Moreover, they charge $0.50 for turnips. Usually, I have never seen any shawarma house is charging extra for vegetables. The shawarma did not tastey as it supposed to be for $9.05 value. However, the store is clean and inside ambience is good. Tons of parking. Food quality could be improved.

I love this place. It smells so good when you walk in and the owners are lovely and welcoming. I always get a gyro,once a week. The very best I've ever had. Reasonably priced too!

Really good shawarma, lamb shank and even good burgers. Seriously good place to get a quick bite with good portions. Will continue to come back here and gorge myself.

Definitely a hidden gem. I recently moved to this area, and didn't know a lot of places to eat. I came across this restaurant and was surprised with how wonderful the owners where. They where patient and very helpful. I told my co-workers about this place and they go there from time to time. It's one of my places to go when I'm craving a Shawarma. If you haven't tried this amazing place out. I highly recommend doing so.

I like their plate deals, especially with spicy or brown rice. They can also make a Halifax style donair if you ask for it, which I do occasionally. I'd love to see the fries here improve.

Best customer service i ever experience so far, owner is a very good person. The food taste amazing. Definitely going back again. Anyone who haven't gone there, i recommend to give it a try.

Food is standard middle eastern selection, had the chicken shawarma but was nothing special.

Decided to try this place after reading all of the good reviews and was disappointed. While the food was not bad, it was really just mediocre even by the standards of Kitchener-Waterloo which generally does not have great Middle Eastern food in my experience. The service was friendly and the portions were generous but this did not make up for lacklustre food. Good for a quick bite if you're in a hurry but I probably won't go back.

Nice family business. Decent quality pitas. Sometimes, they min wander and make your sandwich with incorrect items. Otherwise, a good Shawarma place.

This is a wonderful and friendly take out for Persian Food. I love the Shawarma Wrap. It is delicious. The chicken legs and rice is also fantastic. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's worth the visit.

The owner is friendly , however , it is the worst shawarma restaurant ever. The beef gyro shawarma plate is so salty and I could not even eat it. The hummus tasted like water inside . I am not sure what in the garlic sauce, it does not taste like garlic sauce at all. Will not recommend.

I don't know where all the great reviews are coming from. The meat was chewy and overcooked and it tasted like cheap thigh meat. All their toppings are out of a can, the fresh ones are probably from the clearance section of freshco. It didn't taste like a shawarma overall, tasted more like a sub. The tabouli doesn't have an ounce of parsley in it, it's majority made of carrots! Washrooms are also disgusting and need to inspected by the city. Never coming back here again!!!!!!

Absolutely love this place. The food is just so good. Very clean very fresh and the price is perfect. You deff get your moneys worth. The owners are such amazing people. Always so nice and happy. Treat you like family. If you have a chance to eat here make sure you do. I’ve tried everything on the menu and it’s all very delicious.
